Counter Roll Rewinder Machine TRWVA

The Counter Roll Rewinder is used for rewinding gift wrap paper, tablecloth, Non-woven, Airlaid and composite materials.

It is designed in a modular way and it is suitabel for winding rolls of up to 200 mm in diameter, with and without cores. (Optional up to 250 mm)

Motorical settings and servo drives guarantee short format change times. The wound rolls will be automatically taken over from the overwrapper, shrink wrapped with film, shrinked and labeled.

Together with an embossing machine it can optional be used with one or two pair of rolls. (Hot and cold embossing)

Optional the machine can be equipped with a one until four flexo printing unit.
